We understand that privacy and control over your data is critical, especially in collaborative environments like homebuilding and warranty support.
In Digs, visibility and access are based on project participation and the roles assigned by your workspace admin.
Admins and subscribed users manage high-level access to files and documents, while collaborators retain ownership over the work they personally contribute. This means files and actions are visible to project participants, but cannot be altered or removed by others unless explicit access is granted.
Document visibility is at the discretion of the user or admin who shared it and can be updated at any time.
We follow industry-standard best practices around data handling, storage, and system access. Our platform is designed to balance transparency with protectionβgiving teams the tools they need to collaborate while respecting user privacy and preserving the integrity of your records. If you have questions about how your data is stored or accessed, we encourage you to reach out so we can help you feel confident and informed.
