One of the best parts about Digs is the ability to coordinate everyone on a build. From architects and engineers to construction workers and suppliers, each person in the home-building process can come together in one place. With Digs invitations, project owners can invite collaborators to a project and control permissions by each individual folder, filtering who sees what information on each build. How it works |
When you invite collaborators to a project, you will have the ability to give those collaborators access to the blueprint and all public folders or select private folders. Simply, click the “+” to add a collaborator, enter their email address, and invite. |
When creating a new sub-folder, you can choose to share it with everyone on the project or a select group to make it a private folder.
Click “Files” in the navigation bar and choose where you would like to create a private folder. Click, “New Folder” and select the collaborators who will have permission to see and access your new private folder.
Managers can also invite clients to a project and share only the information that impacts them or requires their feedback.
By controlling folder permissions, Managers can filter the information shared on a case-by-case basis, keeping a home-build project organized and streamlined for everyone involved.
