Collaborate on Blueprints, product selections, change orders, and other documents

Real-time communication within Digs is a fundamental feature that sets us apart from our competitors. It allows for enhanced collaboration on the homebuilding process, with a focus on enabling users to share comments, questions, decisions, and issues via the floor plan view, documents, and threads.
Users can add collaborators, such as homeowners, vendors, and subcontractors, and tag Digs users as "mentions" to bring attention to items that need to be addressed.
Users can create and assign tasks for others to ensure that the proper work, tasks, or requirements are completed. This feature is particularly useful during the multiple stages of a home build, including the 1-year walkthrough of a new home.
Define and assign tasks to yourself, homeowners, vendors and subcontractors.
When working through tasks, mark them complete or incomplete.

Collaborate, annotate, take photos, and upload images from your mobile library while on the job site.
Quickly respond to tasks and comments while on the road, between jobs, or at a job site.

Enhance collaboration during all phases of the construction process by annotating in real-time to avoid changes later in the build process.
You now have the ability to annotate, highlight, and use shapes for callouts directly on the blueprint. This eliminates the need for going back and forth multiple times, which saves time!
Work with homeowners and and communicate visually about changes in simple terms.

After completing the home, builders can provide the homeowner with a digital home containing selected files, contacts and the contextual information about their home.
Replace the junk drawer with a digital version, giving the homeowner access to all decisions, asset documentation, and contacts involved in the homebuilding process.
