Project Selector
The Project Selector is where you choose which project you're working on in Digs.
- Basic Users: You will have access to one project at a time.
- Pro Users: With a Pro Subscription, you can manage multiple projects, making it easy to switch between them.
Once a project is selected, Digs takes you directly to that project's Blueprint and customizes the interface to reflect the relevant project context. This streamlines access to project details and ensures you’re always working with the right data.
Pro Tip: For Pro Users, the Group by Subdivision feature helps organize large projects across multiple map regions, making it easier to manage large-scale or complex projects that span several subdivisions or areas.
Dynamic Island
The Dynamic Island is a versatile section located on the right side of the screen. It’s designed to provide quick access to project-related tools, all specific to the project you're currently working on.

Files Tab: This tab allows you to access files specific to your current project. It provides easy navigation to the project files that you need for the task at hand.
For Pro Users, remember to check out the Company Files (DigsCloud) section for a broader view of company-wide files. This powerful Pro feature enables you to manage files across all projects seamlessly. -
Comments & Tasks Tab: This tab consolidates comments and tasks for easy collaboration. View ongoing discussions and project-specific tasks in real-time. It's an essential feature for maintaining communication and tracking responsibilities within the project.

Company Files and Folders
Accessing Company Files and Project Files is made easy through the File tab located in the top left of the navigation menu.

Profile Menu
The Profile Menu, located at the top right of the screen near the Help button, allows you to access and manage several personal and workspace-related settings.

Personal Settings: Update your password, personal details, or profile information from here.

Workspace Settings (Pro feature): This menu is only accessible to Pro Users and provides access to global workspace management features, including user management. Pro Users can assign roles, invite or remove users, and manage workspace-wide settings to ensure streamlined collaboration.

Upgrade to Pro: If you’re on a basic account, you can upgrade to a Pro subscription directly through the Profile Menu. This unlocks Pro features like the File Tool for accessing DigsCloud Company Files and more project management capabilities.
Notification Center
The Notification Center, represented by a bell-shaped icon in the top right, helps keep you informed about any updates or changes made by collaborators.

Notifications: The bell alerts you to new comments, task updates, or mentions (@username) within your project. It's a helpful way to stay up to date without constantly checking every section of the platform.

Task & Comment Updates: Directly see if a comment is posted or a task is assigned to you, so you can respond promptly and stay on top of your responsibilities.
