You Will Get Reminders
We’ll send you a friendly reminder before your trial ends. Keep an eye on:
- In-App Banners: A countdown in your Digs account so you know exactly how many days are left.
- Email Notices: Occasional reminders with a quick link to upgrade or learn more.
Choose to Upgrade or Downgrade

Upgrade to Pro
If you love what Digs Pro has to offer, you can seamlessly switch to a paid plan right within your account. Just follow the prompts and keep enjoying all the advanced features with your team.

Downgrade
If you decide not to continue with Pro, your workspace will roll back to basic functionality. You’ll still have access to your projects and data, but certain Pro-level capabilities will no longer be available.
Retain Your Data—No Matter What
No matter which route you choose, your files, tasks, and project details stay safe in your Digs workspace.
Note: If you’re using Company-level file storage and want to maintain access to those files, please move them into an active project before your trial ends. Otherwise, you’ll lose access to them when you downgrade. Files remain available for restore if you reactivate Pro.
What Downgrading Looks Like
- All Member Users and Managers Become Collaborators
- Everyone in your workspace (except the original Admin) is downgraded to Collaborator status.
- The original Admin retains Admin rights but can only manage current project work—no additional Managers.
- No New Projects
- You’ll be able to keep working on existing projects, but you won’t be able to create new ones without a Pro subscription.
- Reduced Storage Limits
- Your storage limit reverts to 500 GB. If you’re already over that limit, you may need to remove data before adding more.
- Loss of Extended Pro Features
- Additional Team Roles and Permissions
- Team-Led Project Creation/Management
- DigsCloud™ Company Files and Folders
- Company Workspace Branding
- Quick-Start Project Duplication
- Published Files with QR Codes
- Homeowner Handoff

You can re-subscribe to Pro anytime by clicking the Upgrade button in your Digs account settings or by contacting our Sales team. Everything you set up during your trial will still be there, ready to go.
