How Do I Update My Company Logo in Digs?

If you’re an Admin in a Pro Workspace, you can upload your company logo to help brand your experience inside Digs. Logos appear in select areas throughout the app and are included on outbound notifications like comments, new tasks, and system updates sent to collaborators and homeowners.
How to Update Your Logo
Click your Profile Icon
In the upper right corner of the screen, click your profile image or initials to open the menu.
Go to Workspace Settings
Select Workspace Settings from the dropdown. You’ll be taken to your admin panel.
Upload Your Logo
Under the Company Info section, look for the logo upload area. Click to upload or drag in your image file.
NOTE: A logo must be at least 400 pixels wide to format properly in emails. Square or horizontal logos tend to display best across all surfaces.
Save Changes
Once your logo is uploaded, it will automatically be applied to your workspace.
Where Will My Logo Appear?
If your workspace is on a Pro subscription, your logo will appear:
On all outbound emails (comments, task assignments, system notifications)
In areas of the Digs interface that include company branding
On handed-off Homeowner dashboards - Even after the keys are delivered, your branding remains visible during warranty and long-term homeowner engagement
Uploading your logo is a simple way to ensure consistency, build trust with homeowners, and maintain a polished, professional look across your projects — long after the build is complete.
