How is Digs structured for easy navigation?

Digs is designed to help you manage projects, access information quickly, and collaborate seamlessly. Whether you're a Basic or Pro user, these core tools and areas will help you move around Digs with confidence.

What is the Project Selector?

The Project Selector lets you choose which project you're working on, this is your Projects page.

• Basic Users: Access one project at a time

• Pro Users: Manage and switch between multiple projects

Once a project is selected, you’ll be taken straight to its blueprint and related data.

While in a project, you can also easily jump to another project by doing the following:

1. Click on the Digs logo in the top left

2. Click Projects

3. You can search for a project or click on your most recent open projects

💡 Pro Tip: Pro users can organize large builds using Group by Subdivision to manage complex projects more efficiently.

📌 Dynamic Island

Located on the right-hand side of your screen, the Dynamic Island gives you quick access to key project tools:

• Files Tab: View and manage files for the current project

  • Pro Users can also access company-wide files in DigsCloud

• Comments & Tasks Tab: See real-time comments, @mentions, and assigned tasks

  • Collaborate and track responsibilities in one place

• Layers Tab: Toggle blueprint layers (e.g., electrical, plumbing) for a focused view

  • Perfect for zeroing in on specific plan details

🏢 Company Files and Project Files

Access from the Files menu in the top-left navigation bar:

• Company Files: Shared files across the entire organization

• Project Files: View files from any project in one place

💡 Pro Tip: Use the Copy To feature to quickly add company files into specific projects—keeping documents consistent and up to date across teams.

👤 Profile Menu

Found in the top-right corner, next to the Help icon:

• Personal Settings: Update your password, name, or profile photo

• Workspace Settings (Pro only): Manage users, roles, and workspace-wide settings
