Why can’t I delete attachments from my Warranty Ticket

Attachments added to a DigsCare™ warranty ticket become part of its permanent history. This includes photos, documents, and other files added by homeowners or your team.

Why attachments can't be deleted right now:

  • Transparency: Builders rely on a complete ticket history to manage claims and vendor communication.

  • Accountability: A consistent record helps protect everyone involved.

  • Accuracy: Deletion could lead to confusion or lost context.

Uploaded something by mistake?

Add a comment to the ticket noting the error. That way, the team and homeowner stay informed.

What about in the future?

Attachment deletion is on our roadmap. Before enabling it, we’re working to ensure there's a safe, traceable process that avoids accidental data loss.
