Who Should Get the Referral Rewards, Me or My Company?

When you sign up to earn rewards through the Digs Refer & Earn program, you’ll be asked to enter a payment method like Venmo or PayPal. So… should you use your personal account or your company’s?

The answer depends on your company’s policy.

• If your organization doesn’t have any restrictions around referral programs, go ahead and use your personal payment info. Enjoy the coffee money and thank you for spreading the word about Digs!

• But if your company has guidelines about receiving external incentives, it’s best to enter your company’s payment details. That way, any referral rewards go back into the shared budget or is handled by the internal policy.
