Want your public files and folders to carry your company's branding instead of the default Digs logo? You can upload a custom logo to your workspace, and it'll automatically appear at the center of every QR code you share. Here's how to set it up:

1. Head to Workspace Settings

From your profile menu, select Manage Workspace, then open Settings in the lefthand sidebar.

2. Upload Your Square Logo

Click Add Square Logo and choose your file. Your image should be roughly square and no larger than 800 KB.

3. Follow the Logo Guidelines

For the cleanest look, use a transparent PNG with darker-toned content β€” it'll read clearly against the white space at the center of the code. The workspace logo guidelines on the same screen walk through what works best before you upload.

4. Activate Your Logo

Once uploaded, your custom logo replaces the Digs logo on every QR code generated for your workspace's public folders and files. You can swap it out at any time, and if you ever remove your custom logo, QR codes will simply revert to the default Digs branding.

Pro Tip Your logo applies workspace-wide β€” you won't need to re-brand each QR code individually as you publish new files and folders.

5. Find Your QR Codes

Head to the Files section of your workspace to see your folders and files, and manage how each one is shared.

6. Locate the QR Code

Click the β€’β€’β€’ (kebab menu) next to any folder or file and select Publish or Share.

7. Publish First

QR codes are only generated for published files and folders. If you haven't published yours yet, do that first to unlock its code.

8. Download, Copy, or Print

With your file or folder published, open the kebab menu next to its QR code to download, copy, or print it β€” now complete with your branding.

9. Know How Links and Codes Persist

Share links and QR codes stay active for as long as the file or folder remains published. If you un-publish something, republishing it later restores the same link and QR code β€” no need to regenerate or reprint anything.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  1. Do I need to recreate my QR codes after uploading a logo? No. Your logo applies automatically to any QR code generated going forward, and existing codes will pick it up too.

  2. What image formats and sizes are supported? A square image, ideally a transparent PNG with darker content, up to 800 KB.

  3. What happens if I remove my custom logo? Your QR codes will revert to the default Digs logo β€” no other changes to your published files or links.

  4. Can I use a different logo for different folders or files? Not currently. The custom logo you upload applies to all QR codes across your workspace.
