Digs offers two types of users—Workspace Members and Guests—to ensure your team gets the right access while keeping costs optimized.

🧑‍💼 Workspace Members (Paid Seats)

Workspace Members are licensed users who have full access to Digs’ advanced features and tools. These users are ideal for your core team managing project workflows, files, and collaboration at scale.

Roles include:

  • Admins – Manage billing, workspace settings, and team permissions

  • Project Managers – Oversee projects, invite users, and manage content

  • Project Editors – Edit files, use workspace tools, and contribute fully

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Guests (Free Collaborators)

Guests are free users who are invited to collaborate within a specific project. They’re a great option for clients, subcontractors, or vendors who only need limited access.

What Guests Can Do:

🔹 View and comment on project files
🔹 Collaborate in discussions
🔹 Complete assigned tasks within the project

❌ Guests do not have access to:

  • DigsCloud or company-wide files

  • Project creation

  • Advanced features like QR codes or digital signatures
