How do I log into Digs from inside Procore?

Logging into Digs from Procore is quick and straightforward, as long as you already have a Digs account. At the moment, Digs accounts aren’t created through the Procore integration, so make sure your account is set up ahead of time or that you’ve accepted an invite from your team.

Once that’s done, you’re ready to go.

How to Log In

  1. Open Procore

From Procore, navigate to either the Company landing page or a specific project.

  2. Open the Apps Menu

In the top-right corner of Procore, click Apps, then choose Select an App.

  3. Launch the Digs App

Select Digs from the list of available apps.

  4. Connect Tools (When Prompted)

You may see a prompt asking you to connect tools. This usually only happens the first time you log in, when a new user connects, or if an older connection needs to be refreshed for security reasons.

  5. Connect Digs

Click the button to connect Digs.

  6. Sign In to Digs

A pop-up window will appear asking for your Digs email address and password.

  7. Confirm the Procore Connection

You’ll then be asked to confirm the Procore connection. Since you’re already logged into Procore, this step is typically quick.

And that’s it. You’re now logged into Digs directly from Procore.
From here, creating projects, connecting projects, or transferring files is a breeze.

Pro Tips and ‘Good to know’

  • You won’t be asked to log in every time.

  • Connection prompts usually appear only for new users or expired security tokens.

  • If something looks unexpected, a quick refresh or re-launch of the Digs app usually resolves it.

  • Do you have multiple Digs accounts? While rare, if you do, make sure you are logged into the correct account if you receive authentication messages.

    • If you are, simply go to your profile within Digs and choose log out. Next time, Procore will ask you to reconnect with the corrected account
