Check out the video tutorial below for a high level overview of e-signatures within Digs:
Sending Documents for E-Signature
Digs includes built-in e-signatures, powered by Dropbox, so you can get documents signed without printing, scanning, or chasing people down.
How Signatures Work
Every paid user in your workspace contributes 5 signature requests per month to a shared pool. For example, a team of three would have 180 signatures per year to use as needed.
Unused signatures do not roll over month to month.
Need more? You can purchase additional signatures at any time.
Sending a Document for Signature
Find your document in your project files or company files.
Click the three dots next to the file and select Send for Signature.
Add your signers (names and email addresses), and set a signing order if it matters who signs first.
Place the desired fields directly on the document β Name, Signature Block, Date, Initials β wherever needed.
Add a subject line, description, and any instructions for your signers, then click Send.
Note: Your signers donβt need a Digs account. Theyβll receive a secure email link to
access the document(s) and can sign right away.
Tracking a Signature Request
Go to your Signatures dashboard, found under the Files header.
Track the status of any request in real time.
Click the three dots next to a request to:
View full request details
Cancel the request
Resend a reminder to signers
Tips for Using Signatures
Batch requests together to save time.
Monitor your usage so you don't run out of signatures mid-month.
Remind signers to check their inbox and spam folder - just in case!
Align signature fields to existing signature lines to keep documents clean and readable.
