Do I need an internet connection to use Digs?

Yesβ€”Digs requires an active internet connection to access and use the platform. All your project data is securely stored in the cloud to ensure real-time collaboration, up-to-date files, and seamless handoffs.

Is there an offline mode?

Not at this time. Because Digs is built to support live collaboration and cloud-based file management, an offline mode is not currently available. We recommend planning uploads, downloads, and access to critical files ahead of time when working in low-connectivity environments. This is something that we are releasing in the future, we know it is very valuable for your team.

πŸ“± How does Digs work on mobile?

Digs is fully accessible on mobile, giving you the flexibility to:

  • View and update project files

  • Add comments, assign tasks, or pin documents

  • Use quick navigation, even from the job site

πŸ”‹ Recommended Connection:

  • For best performance, we recommend a strong 5G or reliable Wi-Fi connection

  • While 4G LTE may work, it may result in slower load times or incomplete uploads, especially with large files

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip:

Before heading to a job site with limited service, open your project in advance and make any critical notes or downloads to ensure you're prepared.
