  • You can cancel at any time.

  • Your account will remain active through the end of your current billing period.

  • After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier, with limited feature access.


πŸ“† Annual Subscriptions

  • Annual plans can be canceled before the next renewal.

  • You will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current annual term.

  • Your account will then downgrade to the free tier, with project data preserved.


πŸ“‚ Will I lose access to my projects or data?

No. Even if you cancel, your project information remains stored in Digs.
However, you’ll lose access to Pro features such as multi-project management, scheduling, DigsCloud, and homeowner handoff.


🧳 Need to export your files?

If you need to download all your stored project files:

  • Digs will provide an export upon official request.

  • Send your request to support@digs.com.

  • Important Note:

    • Files and documents can be exported

    • Markup, comments, and annotations will not be included, as they rely on Digs’ internal framework and cannot be contextually rendered outside the platform
