π Monthly Subscriptions
You can cancel at any time.
Your account will remain active through the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation, your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier, with limited feature access.
π Annual Subscriptions
Annual plans can be canceled before the next renewal.
You will retain access to all Pro features until the end of your current annual term.
Your account will then downgrade to the free tier, with project data preserved.
π Will I lose access to my projects or data?
No. Even if you cancel, your project information remains stored in Digs.
However, youβll lose access to Pro features such as multi-project management, scheduling, DigsCloud, and homeowner handoff.
π§³ Need to export your files?
If you need to download all your stored project files:
Digs will provide an export upon official request.
Send your request to support@digs.com.
Important Note:
Files and documents can be exported
Markup, comments, and annotations will not be included, as they rely on Digsβ internal framework and cannot be contextually rendered outside the platform
