Who owns the data?

You do. Always.

At Digs, you own your data—whether you're a homeowner, builder, or collaborator. We believe in giving users full control over their information and how it's shared.

🏡 For Homeowners:

Your Digs Home is yours to manage.

  • You decide who has access

  • You control what gets shared

  • You can update or manage your data at any time

Digs is designed to empower homeowners with long-term access to their home’s documentation—organized, secure, and private.

🛠️ For Builders:

Builders retain a copy of the data created during the build process—like selections, plans, and documentation—for their records and support.

This ensures they can:

  • Reference project history

  • Support warranty or service needs

  • Maintain compliance and record-keeping

But rest assured:

  • Builders do not have access to homeowner-added content post-handoff

  • They do not control the homeowner’s version of the project after handoff is complete

🤝 Why This Matters:

Data ownership is key to trust. Digs ensures that each party—homeowner and builder—has access to what they need, and nothing more.
